The Dotia™ comes with professional 3M adhesive, the same used in hotels and offices. On the vast majority of smooth walls (wood, glass, marble, smooth paint), it holds without leaving a trace.

The only case to watch out for: very recent paint (less than 3 weeks old) or fragile wallpaper. In this case, do a small discreet test, or use the screws provided.

To remove the mount cleanly, two simple tips:

• Run a hairdryer over the adhesive for 10 seconds. The heat softens the glue and the mount peels off effortlessly.

• Apply a few drops of rubbing alcohol to the edges. It gently dissolves the glue, without damaging the paint or wallpaper.
